KAARE NORGE LIVE IN CAIRO ON 3RD MAY AT THE KUBEIT AL-GHOURY
Kaare Norge will perform live in Cairo on May 3, 2010 at the Kubeit al-Ghoury.
The Embassy of Denmark presents the famous guitarist Kaare Norge at a concert in Cairo arranged in cooperation with the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, Foreign Cultural Relations.
The concert will take place on 3rd May at 20:00 hours at the newly restored Kubeit al-Ghoury Palace in Al-Ghoureya, opposite Khan el Khalili and near the Al Azhar mosque.
Al Ghoureya is a group consisting of a madrasa (school), mosque and mausoleum, built by the mamluk sultan Qansuh Al-Ghoury 1501-1516. It has recently been restored and serves as a cultural place.
